ABOUT ME

Steven Kelly

Helping a client achieve their fitness goal, whether that’s getting stronger or losing weight, is what motivates me the most. I love seeing my clients succeed and grow. I understand what it’s like starting out because I have been there myself. Not feeling confident walking into a gym, unsure what exercises to do or how to perform them correctly and seeing other gym users in better shape. But this can be you, and with my help we can change that mindset and make you feel more comfortable and confident with yourself and help you to reach your fitness goals.

 

When I started my fitness journey I got help from a local personal trainer and with his advice learned the fundamentals of strength programming and building muscle. Over time my confidence grew and so did my strength. Like anything in life there were struggles along the way but as my knowledge grew so did my ability to deal with obstacles and I was able to move past them. At this present point I feel that I am the strongest and healthiest I have ever been, but as always feel there are fitness goals I would still want to reach.

While it won’t be always easy and you may face a few obstacles, eventually, you will find yourself looking at your body in a whole new light. You will feel happier, stronger and more confident. Qualifications

  • Level 3 in Personal Training.

  • Level 2 in Fitness Instructing.

  • BSc Hons in Nutrition.

  • Level 4 diploma in Clinical Nutrition.

  • 5 years experience working in the fitness industry.

  • NVQ level 1 and 2 in catering and hospitality.

  • 6 years experience working as a chef.
